My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and I especially loved the complimentary handy phone that made exploring Hong Kong a breeze. The staff was friendly and attentive, although there was a minor issue with room availability at check-in. The location was perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and dining, with easy access to transportation options. However, I was disappointed by the lack of dining options within the hotel.

I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. The rooms, although on the smaller side for the price paid, were well-equipped with unexpected amenities like slippers and a fantastic shower. The service was efficient but could use some improvement in terms of friendliness. The location was convenient, with easy access to the MRT station and a nearby mall. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, and I had to look outside the hotel for meals.
